Two-van crash causing delays on M25 at St Albans
Delays on the M25 near St Albans after crash between two vans.
Two lanes are closed in the M25 clockwise at junctions 21a and 22 while emergency services deal with the collision and a large oil spill caused by the crash.
Highways England has said there are "moderate delays" to traffic.
