Steam train enthusiasts gathered to see the Flying Scotsman hurtling through St Albans station.
Travelling from London to York on Saturday, the world-famous train passed through the station just before 8am.
Crowds were waiting along the route, eager to catch a glimpse of the locomotive on its Yorkshireman excursion.
Starting at London Victoria, the train passed through St Albans, Luton, Bedford, Kettering, Melton Mowbray and York.
