Lawrence Peter Clark, 18, of Claudian Place, St Albans. On May 31, 2016, had in his possession a large bag of cannabis. On same date, had with him in a public place a lock knife. Community order made. Fine, costs: £290.

Tayyab Mushtaq, 43, of London Road, St Albans. On August 12, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. Fine, costs: £345.
