Popular clothing store Oliver Bonas has applied to expand into its neighbouring unit in St Albans' The Maltings shopping area.
If accepted, the plans would see Oliver Bonas occupy units 11 and 12 of the shopping area, with alterations to the shopfront also taking place.
Internal works would be carried out to link both units, and new signage would be installed.
Boarding has already been put in place across the shops, with unit 11 once hosting the Television and Movie Store.
