Muddy Stilettos awards for St Albans and Potters Bar firms

Best Beauty Salon, Best Hair Salon and Best Hotel all went to firms in the two Hertfordshire areas.

Serenity, on Potters Bar High Street, was awarded Best Beauty Salon, while Best Hair Salon and Best Hotel went to St Albans' Mosaic Hair Studio and Sopwell House.

The businesses will now progress to the 2024 national awards, where five firms in each category will be selected to advance to the finals.

The "best of the best" will be crowned in July this year.

Hero Brown, founder and editor-in-chief of Muddy Stilettos, said: "I set up these awards 11 years ago to give local lifestyle indies a chance to shine.
